We have fresh "mini" pork shares available again. We just picked up our boxes from The Meat Shop in Placerville, and they are ready to go today! We’ve also bumped them up from 20 lbs to 27 lbs.

Each 27+ lb box represents an equal share of a whole, locally raised pig — custom processed right here in the foothills. This is whole animal eating at its best, and it's available immediately.

Your share includes a mix of cuts from the whole animal, such as:
